training this morning was quite good!
luckily john told me to do the sprint sets this week, distance was really quite tiring!
but i did a good time for my 200IM time trial anyway, same as my SEA Age time!:D
hopefully this means i'll do better for Sg Open (:

and and John wants us to have a COE party/gathering on the Saturday after Sg Open!
hahaha so fun!
currently plans are for East Coast cuz there's so much to do there!
the only problem is if it rains..
and if we have to barbecue our own food i bet the girls will do all the barbecuing again, like that time when we went to Jed's house.
ha.
i remember fanning the charcoal like crazy, and John would send his food back to be barbecued more if they weren't black enough :p
seriously. only John would like burnt food. haha.

anw, some of us went to Chomp chomp for dinner on thursday!
since john was nice enough to give us off on friday morning. :D
and because of his big mouth, Russ ended up having to challenge Marc's gf, pam, to a eating competition.
woah looking at them eat makes me full enough o.o
but at least i got to eat the yummy egg milk beancurd >:)
and after that we went to Marc Joe's supergigantichumongous house for awhile.
played with his huge floofy smelly dog Hercules!
and ting and i plaited the feathering at the back of his legs.
ha. xD
then we were trying to tempt him up the stairs but he isn't allowed up usually so he didnt dare go up >:)
thursday was quite a fun day indeed (:

annnnnnd i found out during this morn's training that Rainer Lyn and Eve are so sneaky! >:(
looks like i have to be nice to them in case they blackmail me >:)
but i guess it's abit too late for that. humph. :p
oh well.
i guess it'll provide some entertainment. ha.
